In praise of Vistaprint...

Hello Gentlereaders,

So, recently I decided to create some swag.

I learned from the master. 

Except, here's an important tip! If you're going to do double-sided swag, you have to flip the photo on one side. Now, I did not know this, and when I ordered my materials from Vistaprint, I was shocked to see that my swag was in fact upside down. 

However, the fine folks of Vistaprint responded like champions. They not only returned my email immediately, but have corrected the problem and are sending me replacements. In a world where you sometimes feel like a lowly cog being crunched inside the mighty wheels, it's kind of nice to a company cares. 

In honor of Vistaprint, and Natalee the customer service rep who worked so hard and so quickly to correct the order, I have written the following haikus:

Natalee can put
the sun to shame just by her
smile. You are awesome.

best around and I am very
grateful to them.
